Responsibilities

You’ll be involved in reviewing and processing legal documentation for commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. Working closely with our in-house property administration team, you’ll support case reviews, manage legal documentation, and help maintain high regulatory standards in a pension scheme environment.

  • Receiving, reviewing, and processing legal documents relating to commercial property transactions
  • Supporting the property administration team with due diligence, case reviews, and compliance checks
  • Ensuring regulatory and legal standards are maintained within a SIPP/SSAS framework
  • Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal stakeholders on property matters
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting with record-keeping and reporting across property transactions
Qualifications

You’ll bring a strong legal foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with property documentation. While experience with pensions is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidate.

  • Previous experience as a Solicitor, Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Technician
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law
  • Experience working with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and legal documents with precision
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach
