Qualifications

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in Defendant’s property litigation.
  • Experience of running a case load.
  • Working knowledge of Household and Commercial recoveries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a case load of Household and Commercial Property recovery files.
  • Conduct legal research and draft necessary documents.
  • Attend conferences and trials.
  • Liaise with clients and experts.
