Property Manager (ARLA Qualified)

Our client is a well-established and highly respected Estate & Lettings Agency in North Manchester, with over 40 years of success in the property market and a strong portfolio spanning residential and commercial properties across the North West.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to appoint an experienced ARLA-qualified Property Manager to join their friendly, professional and high-performing team.

This is an office-based role offering stability, variety and the opportunity to play a key part in the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful agency.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and variety. You’ll manage both residential and commercial properties, ensure full compliance across the business, and be a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors alike.

The role would suit someone who is highly organised, compliance-focused and customer-driven, with the confidence to handle a busy workload and contribute to the wider running of the office.

Salary & Benefits
  • £35,000 – £40,000 per annum DOE + Commission
  • Working hours : Monday – Thursday : 9 : 30am – 5 : 30pm / Friday : 9 : 30am – 5 : 00pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing with length of service)

Key Skills & Experience Required
  • ARLA qualified Property Manager
  • Fully proficient in residential and commercial compliance, including all office compliance and money laundering regulations
  • Strong working knowledge of Vebra Alto (Sales, Rentals and Accounts)
  • Experience using Inventory Hive software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised, numerate and detail-focused
  • Confident, resilient and positive under pressure
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, email and internet systems)
  • Full UK clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance
  • Full knowledge of both sales and lettings
  • Experience completing property condition reports
  • Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Delivering first-class customer service to clients, tenants and colleagues
  • Handling general enquiries face-to-face, by phone and via email
  • Managing day-to-day procedures within a busy estate agency
  • Raising and managing works orders with contractors
  • Actioning and responding to website enquiries
  • Booking and carrying out viewings, valuations and check-ins
  • Completing viewing feedback calls within 24 hours
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed, submitted and logged
