A leading property management company in Greater London seeks a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 140 properties. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property management experience and be confident in client interactions. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, enhancing client relations, and managing the end-of-tenancy processes. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and IT skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer-centric service delivery.
As a Property Manager, your main focus is on delivering a customer‑centric property management service that prioritises the client and customer experience. Your objective is to proactively oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional client care and customer service and be responsible for identifying opportunities to extract value, secure additional fees, and generate new business opportunity for JLL.
