About this Role:

We are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our Remus brand, based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a property portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Review and enforce lease agreements and covenants, ensuring compliance with current property law.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for properties within the portfolio.
  • Coordinate year-end accounts with clients and handle inquiries.
  • Conduct regular property visits and organize EGM/AGMs.
  • Manage contractors such as cleaners and grounds maintenance.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience managing residential property portfolios.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in budgeting for properties.
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.

Bonus Skills:

  • ATPI qualification or willingness to obtain it.
