About the Role

Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £60,000 - REF: 868169AL

We are working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor for their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment, handling a diverse caseload and contributing to the development of the department.

You will manage a range of property litigation matters, including:

  • Leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims
  • Section 20 processes and s25/s26 notices
  • Dilapidations processes
  • Drafting and responding to proceedings in County and High Courts and the First Tier Property Tribunal
  • Providing clear written and verbal legal advice
  • Supervising and mentoring paralegals
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Contributing to business development and departmental growth

The Ideal Candidate
