Our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice are looking to recruit into their property disputes team, with the appointment of a senior lawyer.

The firm offers a full spectrum of legal services by high-calibre lawyers who are dedicated to delivering expert, commercially focused advice to clients that range from private individuals to large corporations.
The Team
The firm has a large and comprehensive commercial litigation practice, with solicitors supporting clients of all sizes with all aspects of disputes. The commercial property disputes team advise on a range of matters, which include; possession & eviction proceedings; boundary disputes; construction disputes; party wall disputes, basement extensions; extending leases or buying freeholds; and landlord & tenant disputes.
The Candidate
As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you should be a senior associate and experienced across the whole spectrum of property litigation to include the areas listed above.
You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
