Nelson Bridges is proud to be partnering with a highly established law firm in their search for a talented Property Legal Secretary to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected practice, assisting with a broad range of Commercial and Residential Property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Property Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the property department, including:
  • Providing efficient administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
  • Preparing correspondence, legal documents, and property forms with precision and accuracy
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and client communications
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries with professionalism
  • Liaising with clients and third parties in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Maintaining and updating case management systems and legal files
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property law
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including MS Office and case management systems
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
