Residential Property Assistant

Commercial Property Legal Assistant

The Roles

Residential Property Assistant

You will be providing essential support to a busy Residential Property team, assisting with a wide variety of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and general property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in residential conveyancing to develop their career.

Commercial Property Legal Assistant

In this role, you will support the Commercial Property team on a diverse caseload including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a professional approach, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a thriving commercial property practice.

About You

For both roles, we are seeking candidates who:

• Have prior experience in a legal support or assistant role (property experience preferred).
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Take pride in delivering excellent client service.
