Job summary

A leading insurance brokerage in Greater London seeks an experienced Property Account Handler to manage a diverse portfolio of property client accounts. Responsibilities include preparing renewal reports, managing queries, overseeing premium tracking, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in a broker setting, and familiarity with real estate clients. A Cert CII qualification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ insurance experience, ideally in a broker setting.
• Experience with real estate clients, especially commercial property owners, highly desirable.
• Cert CII preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal reports, market submissions, and presentations.
• Act as the primary client contact for coverage queries and policy changes.
• Oversee premium tracking and credit control.
