Job Description
A client within the Public Sector based in Warwickshire is currently recruiting for a Property Contracts Officer to join their Capital Investment Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full‑time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority housing / corporate property environment.
Key purpose of the role is to manage capital and revenue contracts (up to circa £2m) to ensure the Council’s housing and corporate property assets are maintained to a high standard, with works delivered in line with contract conditions, legislation, quality requirements and budgetary controls.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £23 per hour Umbrella LTD (Inside IR35) (approx. £18 per hour PAYE).
