Property & Security Administrator - Permanent - Perth CBD

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedProperty & Security Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. In this key support role, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the Property & Security Design Team, ensuring the smooth management of records and coordinating contractor and supplier engagements, together with provision of general administration assistance.

You will support physical security initiatives, as well as property and land acquisition and disposal activities. This includes access management to Western Power’s land and non-network facilities.

Your Role in Action

  • Maintain accurate property and security records and assist in preparing reports, contracts and compliance documentation related to property and security assets.
  • As required for activities directly linked to activities being undertaken by the Property and Security Solutions Teams, coordinate access to Western Power’s non-network facilities and sites, including land owned by Western Power.
  • Act as a point of contact for property and security-related inquiries from internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.
  • Provide administrative assistance for property acquisitions, leasing, and security infrastructure projects scopes and development of Business Cases.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail particularly with data accuracy, management and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English, Mathematics and/or at least 2-3 years demonstrated general administrative experience.
  • Experience in property management, facilities administration, or security coordination highly desirable.
