📍 Location: Livingston

📅 Start Date: Tuesday 3rd December 2025

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week

💰 Pay: £14.32 per hour

📆 Contract: Temporary until 31st March 2026

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.
  • Provide full administrative support to the Asset Management Team.
  • Keep their internal system up to date with accurate data.
  • Manage repair reports, works orders, invoices, and contractor performance.
  • Attend contractor meetings and take minutes like a pro.
  • Handle tenant complaints with empathy and efficiency.
