Honeycomb is delighted to be working with Musgrave Park Hospital to recruit for a Band 4 Project Support Assistant to join their busy team for a temporary contract of 6 months.

The Role
  • The Project Support Assistant role is a pivotal position within the HR department. Based at McKinney House, the role involves providing critical administrative and clerical support for HR operations.
  • This is a Monday to Friday position, operating from 9am to 5pm, and is initially set for a six-month contract. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and systems.
  • Provide administrative support to HR operations.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage and analyse data effectively.
  • Coordinate and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet organisational goals.
  • Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am - 5pm.
  • Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast.
The Person
  • The ideal candidate for the Project Support Assistant role will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in administrative processes.
  • They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong technical abilities.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in using Excel.
  • Proven administrative and clerical skills.
Essential Criteria
  • HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field and 1 year\'s experience in a clerical/administrative role.
  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification and 2 years\' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
  • 3 years\' experience in a clerical/ administrative role.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Teams to support with project management.

Candidates should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
