About the Role

Ready to move from construction into a more commercial, client-facing role? Join a fast-growing business delivering design, refurbishment, and furniture solutions for the education sector. This is the ideal role for someone with construction, interiors, or project experience who wants to develop their career in sales and account management.

The Role

As a Project Sales Consultant, you'll support our Sales Director and manage smaller education and contractor project opportunities. This role blends sales, project coordination, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities
  • Handle proactive phone/email communication with new and existing clients
  • Take client briefs and coordinate with design & estimating teams
  • Own and convert project opportunities up to £350k
  • Contribute to sales strategy and attend client meetings (Teams & F2F)
  • Grow into more external, client-facing responsibility over time
  • Own a sales pipeline and sales targets
  • Own KPI's around meetings, phone calls

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction, interiors, or fit-out (preferred)
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Previous sales experience in a consultative process
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills (Excel & Microsoft Office)
  • A full UK driving licence

Construction experience is preferred but we welcome candidates with transferable project-based skills.

Training & Working Pattern
  • Detailed comprehensive onboarding plan
  • Training provided ongoing
  • Travel across London, Home Counties, and occasional national contractor visits
  • Maximum 1 day WFH
