A global logistics company in Banbury seeks a Project Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring quality throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, implement quality plans, and drive continuous improvements. Proficiency in Power BI and strong problem-solving skills are essential. This role allows for international travel, fostering a culture of quality across teams and projects.
As the Project Quality Engineer with Dematic, you will be responsible and tasked with ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle, from project planning and design to implementation and closure and the following phase of Lifecycle Services and Solutions.
This role involves working closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and key customers of Dematic to identify potential risks, establish quality standards, and implement effective quality control measures.
This role will see you as a quality champion, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that projects meet customer requirements and company standards. The focus of your role will be to support the Engineering Services teams with the management of Quality issues with our products and solutions.
Leading Quality activities for the identification of Root Cause and implementation of continuous Improvement activities; you will facilitate the close out of issues by engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Safety, Manufacturing, R&D, engineering, installation, etc.
