  • Ensuring effective co-ordination of project tasks and their interdependencies.

  • Ensuring all activities comply with organisational policies and processes.
  • Assisting in delivering programme/project objectives.
  • Managing authorisations, profitability, and liquidated damages.
  • Providing administrative support and contributing to project documentation.
  • Administering the risk register and advising on risk reduction processes.
  • Interfacing between the project and functional business areas.
  • Managing customer and vendor engagements.
