A leading construction consultancy is expanding its team in Exeter and is seeking both a Quantity Surveyor and a Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the South West. The Opportunities
Quantity Surveyor: You'll be responsible for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, value engineering, and ensuring financial success on projects across commercial, residential, education, and public sector schemes.
Project Manager: You'll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery.
What You'll Bring

  • Consultancy/client-side experience in construction (essential).
  • Strong understanding of NEC / JCT contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • For QS: proven track record in cost control, procurement, and value management.
  • For PM: project delivery experience from design stage through to completion.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
