The company specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality electrical control systems, instrumentation systems, and specialist lighting for both land and sea applications-including marine switchboards, switchgear, control panels, and bespoke electrical equipment.

The Role

The Project Manager is in charge of schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for the project.

To monitor the team to ensure goals and objectives are being achieved. To keep project on target and remain alert to risk and emerging issues whilst taking appropriate creative actions.

To always act with the business best interest in mind and with company goals in the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project plan, monitoring and adapting as necessary.
  • Generate fully resourced and costed project plans.
  • Monitor design, production and quality to customer and company standards.
  • Identifies and resolve issues and risks.
  • Reports on project(s) progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
  • Manage resource to make sure schedule is on track.
  • Lead meetings and set expectations for projects team.
  • Maintain budget.
  • Reporting on projects.
  • Produce pack 6 box covering project status.
  • Update customer reports when instructed and by deadline set.
