Overview

Project Manager – Heathrow Airport – 80K

I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who are in need of a project manager from a construction background to work within Heathrow Airport on a permanent basis. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit out through to facilities maintenance to high end commercial clients including airports, show rooms and various others.

You will be looking after in house and sub-contractors overseeing various works to airport lounges with project values and teams sizes varying from project to project. You will mainly be based at Heathrow airport from the office space of which the company has a on site residency.

They are ideally looking for someone from a construction background who has successfully delivered high end projects with experience of managing large teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house teams and subcontractors on multiple projects at Heathrow Airport, including airport lounges.
• Manage projects from construction fit-out through to facilities maintenance, with project values and team sizes varying by project.
• Coordinate on-site activities from an office-based Heathrow site with on-site residency.
• Ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget, while liaising with stakeholders and clients as required.
