We're looking to employ a motivated enthusiastic Project Manager to join our small but fast paced Facades team.

About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, co-ordination, and execution of façade projects, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Managing client expectations and leading a multi-disciplinary team through the design phase to the site installation. Carrying out site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in façade systems and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and full responsibilities of all projects of wide-ranging values and scales.

• Coordinate and lead design of cladding systems to ensure compliance, structural integrity and build ability,

• Ensuring and encouraging effective communications within Everlast senior management and site teams.

• Liaise with all stake holders to form positive relationships and clear lines of communication.

• The ability to uphold site standards and give guidance and support as required.

• Mentor site teams to share knowledge and build competency.

• Prepare all site documentation and quality plans

• Preparing and report programme positions to senior team.

• Ensure all site records are completed and recorded on project files.

• Problem solve unforeseen site conditions, raise the design, and cost implications

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and raise any issues of site defects, poor installation, or material discrepancies.

• Ordering, monitoring material throughout the project to meet budgets.

• Ensure all works on site are installed to design drawings and installation guidance.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that all façade installed components meet the requirements and specifications.

• Ensure site Health & Safety are maintained to a high standard.

• Carry out weekly safety audits.

• Carry out weekly toolbox talks.

• Prepare and complete site hand over for the O&M and safety files on completion of each

Essential Experience/Qualifications:

  • Valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification
  • Fire Marshall
  • Working at Height
  • First Aid at Work
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site management or supervision, preferably in facade projects.
  • Minimum NVQ 3 in Construction or equivalent
  • Full Drivers Licence
