A social care organization in the UK is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large, transformational projects. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating teams to ensure the successful implementation of both IT and non-IT initiatives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in delivering projects on time and within budget while possessing strong communication skills. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Dimensions' strategy, commitments and goals. The projects will likely be large, transformational, organisation‑wide and complex which are critical to the delivery of the Group's strategy or in mitigation of a key strategic risk; these could include both IT and non‑IT initiatives.
