We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team based in Darlington on a fixed term basis until December 2026. (hybrid working)

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of individually allocated projects and change initiatives in accordance with the Railpen strategy and project governance framework.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of project delivery with proven successful application of a relevant project management methodology. You will have experience across different project types, delivering high quality business outcomes whilst ensuring projects are appropriately governed, scoped, run within budget and timeframes.
We are looking for someone who is delivery focused, a credible communicator and can build trust with stakeholders, taking them on a journey throughout the project and encouraging an open and honest environment. You will demonstrate resilience, providing factual and meaningful insight to make recommendations on improvements to business change, lifecycle, policies, processes and procedures.
You will have strong project management and planning skills, and hold a recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP.
Experience of managing and delivering projects within a pension environment would be highly desirable for this role.
