  • Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external use.
  • Support the Engineering & Manufacturing team with strategic input and guidance.
Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in similar role, with heavy engineering and fabrication projects background
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, planning and time management skills
  • Qualification in Project Management or relevant Engineering discipline
Desirable
  • Marine industry experience
  • Experience in renewables industry, specifically offshore windfarms
  • Experience in engineering and manufacturing with understanding or hands-on experience in latest manufacturing and welding techniques
  • Chartered APM or working towards
