Overview

Location: Greater Manchester (Milnrow)

Salary: c£40,000 + bonus + company car (Negotiable - depending on experience)

The company maintains, repairs and installs systems in thousands of locations for more than 350 organisations each year in the north of England. Clients include schools, colleges, universities, hotels, hospitals, healthcare centres, car dealerships, retailers, professional services and manufacturing companies, as well as private homes of all sizes. They are seeking a Project Manager to join the team.

The Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing air conditioning installation projects from start to finish – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will:

• Carry out detailed site surveys and prepare accurate cost estimations
• Oversee project delivery on-site and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate schedules with admin and labour teams
• Monitor progress through the CRM system
• Provide clients with clear communication and confidence throughout the process

Skills And Qualifications

If you have experience in HVAC project management or related fields (e.g., commercial plumbing, heating, ventilation, or electrical installation) with a strong technical grasp of air conditioning systems, this role could be for you.
