We are currently working with a Civil Engineering and Construction business who are leaders in their field who have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join the business as "Pre Construction Project Manager". In this key role, you'll lead the planning and programming of tender stage activities, helping shape and optimise project delivery plans from the outset. Your expertise will directly support their ability to secure and deliver successful bids through well-developed, resource-optimised, and contractually compliant programmes. You will ensure each tender submitted is backed by strong, strategic planning.
