Project Manager Contract FTSE100 Business

£600 per day Inside IR35 3 Month Initial Contract

Hybrid / On-Site (3 days per week in Northampton)

We are recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager / Technology Project Manager to join a FTSE100 company on a 3-month contract (with likely extensions) for an immediate start. This is a £600 per day inside IR35 opportunity with a hybrid model 3 days per week required on-site in Northampton.

This role will see you lead a telephony transformation project, covering pilot delivery through to roll-out planning. You will need to demonstrate proven success delivering large-scale technology change projects within complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a business-critical telephony project from pilot stage into roll-out.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary technology teams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance, and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment across IT and business functions.
• Conduct business impact assessments, risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ensure technology change is embedded effectively across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A world-class Project Manager with demonstrable experience delivering complex IT / technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience within FTSE100, FTSE250, or other large-scale corporate environments is highly desirable.
• Specific telephony project experience not required but you must bring a track record of delivering complex technology change programmes.
