Join a dynamic and design-led team working across hospitality and commercial office interiors. The company collaborates closely with construction contractors to deliver end-to-end solutions in design, furniture, and procurement.

Overview

As Design Project Manager, you 1ll be the link between client vision and project delivery. You 1ll take briefs, develop specifications, manage costs, and oversee installations of fixtures and fittings. This is a hands-on role requiring site visits, client meetings, and coordination across supply chain and procurement.

Responsibilities
  • Take and interpret client briefs for hospitality and commercial interiors
  • Develop design specifications and manage costings
  • Oversee FF&E procurement and installation
  • Liaise with internal teams (furniture, finance, marketing, surveyors) and external contractors
  • Conduct site visits and ensure project milestones are met
  • Manage 5-7 projects concurrently
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold design integrity
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in FF&E project management, ideally within manufacturing or client-side design
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Based in the North West (homeworking available)
  • Hospitality sector experience (hotels, offices) highly desirable
