A charitable organization based in London is seeking a Project Manager for the Masterclasses Programme. In this role, you'll manage a nationwide series of creative industry-led events for young people, coordinating with global brands and ensuring smooth logistics. Candidates should have strong project management skills, experience in public events, and a proactive approach. The position offers a salary between £40,000 – £42,000, with hybrid working options available.

About the National Saturday Club
The National Saturday Club offers 13–16-year-olds free, year-long Saturday programmes in eight subjects: Art&Design, Craft&Making, Fashion&Business, Film&Screen, Performance&Theatre, Science&Engineering, Society&Change, and Writing&Talking. There are no exams — just inspiring opportunities to develop skills, confidence and pathways to further study and careers.
Delivered by partner institutions and tutors, Club programmes are enriched by national events from the Saturday Club Trust including Masterclasses with industry professionals, a London Visit, and a Summer Show and Graduation.

About the Role
You’ll manage delivery of the 2026 Masterclasses Programme, a nationwide series of over 80 creative industry-led events for 140 Clubs running January–May. Working with global brands, regional partners and creative professionals, you’ll confirm and coordinate bespoke workshops designed to inspire young people and showcase future career paths.
From June to December, you’ll secure and plan Masterclasses. At start date, approx. 50% will be confirmed. You’ll report to the Director of Programmes and Communications, supported by a Programme Coordinator and freelance Assistant.
