Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager, to join the construction team of a regional private residential developer supporting the Head of Construction ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. • Project Planing and Initiation

About You:

• Construction related qualification
• Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects
• Familiarity with construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management practices

• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
