Location: Birmingham up to 2 days WFH

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Adjust plans as needed to maintain progress.
• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and mitigate risks to ensure profitability.
• Technical Guidance: Apply your understanding of engineering principles to meet technical requirements and support the team.
• Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and present updates to senior management and clients.
