This well-established and highly successful contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a £70m residential scheme in Clapham.

Experience:

• Solid experience delivering large residential projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• A proven track record of bringing complex schemes on time and within budget
• Confident leadership skills, with the ability to manage site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients and senior stakeholders
• A good working knowledge of health & safety and regulatory requirements
• Comfortable using project management and reporting tools

The role will involve:

• Taking overall responsibility for the project and leading the delivery team
• Producing and managing programmes, budgets, and project plans
• Overseeing all stages of the build, from pre-construction through to handover
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
• Identifying risks early and putting solutions in place
• Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with current regulations
