The role

As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of capability and service under our Land Cyber Electromagnetic Activity contracts, working closely with customers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Delivery, Innovation, and Growth Teams through project controls.
  2. Maintaining and improving the ERP system, supporting change proposals with the Service Management team.
  3. Planning, monitoring, controlling projects, and providing reports to the Land Cyber Electromagnetic Activity leadership team to aid decision-making, collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, and engineering teams.

This full-time role (37 hours/week) offers hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite and may require travel to sites such as Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Essential experience

  • Proficiency in project controls tools and decision-making data.
  • Skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational thinking.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Cyber Electromagnetic Activity contracts or complex defence and communications programmes is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Relevant project management qualification such as APM, Chartered status, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is beneficial.

Security Clearance

The candidate must be eligible for and able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
