Project Manager – Near Blackpool

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional to join a well-established contractor delivering diverse civil engineering, property maintenance, and commercial projects. The role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their expertise while working within a supportive, experienced team.

This established contractor delivers a diverse mix of civil engineering, commercial and industrial construction, and property services across the Northwest. Project values range from a few hundred pounds to £250,000, covering renovations, conversions, and extensions to foundations, concrete works, drainage, and landscaping, among others. They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery and management of projects across the Northwest of England.

The Role

• Managing in house labour and sub-contractors
• Site visits
• Monitoring progress
• Preparing RAMS
• Estimating
• Liaising with design teams and clients
