Project Management Placement Student – Global Communications Team

Location: Hazelwood near Derby, United Kingdom

About the Role

As a Project Management Placement Student within our global communications team, you will support various aspects of project delivery and data management. This placement offers a diverse range of experiences, from conducting pricing benchmarks and managing an extensive image library to assisting with creative video and drone shoots and collaborating across multiple international time zones. Your adaptability and enthusiasm will be key to thriving in this vibrant role where teamwork and independent initiative are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from conception through completion, including managing incentives, coordinating with team members, and identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency.
• Upload catalogue and maintain our global image database with precision. Conduct thorough research and prepare insightful presentations based on data findings.
• Compile and manage industry databases related to pricing, contributing valuable market insights that support business decisions.
• Assist film crews and photographers on shoots, including coordinating locations and logistics. Support drone operations, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring seamless information flow.
• Take an active role in Lubrizol’s charity committee by organizing fundraising events, preparing annual reports, and presenting outcomes to senior leaders, contributing to our commitment to community engagement.
