Job summary

A leading aerospace manufacturer in the UK is seeking an Enablement Leader for a 12-month contract. You will guide major programmes in the repurposing of a production facility and drive improvements in project management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in aviation and exceptional leadership skills. This role offers an hourly rate of £40 and is located onsite in Broughton.

Seeking a Project Leader to support the repurposing of a major production facility for Single Aisle programmes. This role will suit a strong Project Manager/Leader with experience in change management and site enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enablement for Rate++ by embedding new ways of working and best practices
  • Develop governance frameworks and drive tooling/technology improvements to support sustainability and efficiency
  • Provide leadership to Enablement Teams, ensuring delivery to cost, quality, and timescales
  • Manage tool control, LOLER compliance, and FOD projects
  • Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards while driving SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) improvements
Skills & Experience
  • Proven background in Project/Programme Management within aviation, production, or manufacturing
  • Supporting the repurposing of the A380 factory over to single-aisle production.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
