I’m supporting a fast scaling organisation operating across the UK and Europe who are undertaking a full rebuild of their People data, systems and documentation. They are hiring a Project Lead to take ownership of this transformation, creating the clarity, structure and single source of truth needed for their next phase of growth.

This is a strategic, investigative and high impact role for someone who loves untangling complexity, setting standards and leaving systems significantly stronger than they found them.

What you’ll lead
  • A full data and documentation reset across multiple entities
  • Consistency in how people information is captured, validated and maintained
  • The clean up of historic gaps, mismatches and legacy processes
  • A review and harmonisation of all employment contracts
  • The creation of practical standards that prevent issues re-emerging
  • Clear workflows and direction for a dedicated Project Associate supporting delivery
What you’ll bring
