Qualifications

• Proven experience at Project Manager level with successful project outcomes.
• Detailed knowledge of the construction environment and contract forms.
• Ability to manage complexities and resources of major projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage billings and cost procedures during preconstruction.
• Ensure Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) matters are managed.
• Provide project management skills to meet contractual requirements.
• Assist site Project Managers with constructability issues.
• Support commercial management in administering subcontracts.
