Overview

Project Director – Commercial Development
Location: London (4 days office based)
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead some of the capital’s most high-profile commercial development schemes, working with leading developers and investment clients on landmark office projects that shape London’s skyline.

The Role

You will take responsibility for major commercial projects from inception through to completion, managing teams and stakeholders while driving excellence across all stages of delivery. Projects range from large-scale new build office developments to complex cut and carve schemes, each with values exceeding £100m.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle on major commercial development projects
• Manage design, procurement, programme and cost to ensure best-in-class delivery
• Act as trusted advisor to blue chip developer and investment clients
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, providing direction and oversight
• Ensure projects meet quality, time and budget expectations while mitigating risks

About You

• Proven track record of delivering £100m+ office development projects in London
• MRICS or other relevant professional qualification (preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at board level
• Demonstrable expertise across both new build commercial schemes and cut and carve projects
• Highly motivated, commercially astute, and delivery-focused
