The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax, and treasury services across Macquarie. Our team is focused on delivering strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie's businesses and senior management, managing funding, liquidity, and capital positions, ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met, and overseeing corporate communications and investor relations.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location.

As a Project Coordinator within the EMEA Projects and Change team, you will work closely with Portfolio Directors and their teams to support the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve managing project administration, governance, financial management, and team support. You will maintain project databases, prepare governance materials, support Project Managers with business approval documentation, and ensure effective document control. Additionally, you will assist with financial administration, including spend analysis and invoice processing, and support onboarding and event planning activities for the team.
Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie's businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management.
