What You'll Do
  • Coordinate financial and project activities to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
  • Assist with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation
  • Support project managers with scheduling, reporting on progress, and meeting key milestones
  • Liaise with subcontractors, finance teams, and clients to resolve queries and keep communication flowing
  • Carry out reconciliations, monitor budgets, and support audit preparation
  • Maintain accurate financial and project records, ensuring deadlines are met
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in a finance, project coordination, or administration role
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and general finance processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage 200, SAP, or similar systems a plus
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
