Project Coordinator

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire (on site)

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + benefits (health cash plan, pension, life assurance, free parking)

Excellent opportunity for a proactive project coordinator who wants to step up and eventually become a project manager.

This company is a leading UK manufacturer and a proud family-owned business. You'll join a team that's driving ERP/WMS programmes and a host of internal initiatives, so there's never a dull moment.

In this varied role, you'll help plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects, monitor progress and budgets, prepare documentation, and keep communication flowing.

You might find yourself working on 45 different workstreams at once - it's busy but you'll learn a lot and there's genuine room to grow.

The ideal candidate will have proven project coordination experience (administration alone won't suffice) and either hold or be working towards PRINCE2 certification. You'll be someone who loves keeping things organized and can liaise with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers with ease. The role is fully on site in Tamworth and requires the right to work in the UK.

The Role:
  1. Collaborate with the project manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities

  4. Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors, and track resources

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
