Overview

Project Coordinator - RLM Inspections

Location: Prenton office (regular travel throughout SPM licence area)

Salary: £37,560 - £46,950

Employment: Full Time / Permanent

What you\'ll be doing
  • Lead the planning and delivery of RLM inspection schedules across the SPM Licence Area.
  • Coordinate access and inspection activities with contractors, housing associations, landlords, and local authorities.
  • Ensure inspections are completed to a high standard, with accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Identify and escalate electrical risks, non-compliances, or hazards, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Support data validation and contribute to decisions on asset condition and operational planning.
  • Promote a zero-accident culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What you\'ll bring
  • Proven experience in electrical infrastructure, ideally within utilities, housing, or asset inspection.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RLMs (or a strong willingness to train and develop in this area).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with H&S regulations and inspection protocols.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, MS Project, GIS, inspection software).
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
