Job summary

A growing infrastructure company is seeking a skilled individual to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects while liaising with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing schedules, assessing risks, and ensuring effective communication and file management. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. This position is based in London, offering the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate on delivery.
  • Liaise with all parties regarding planned work requirements.
  • Ensure works are planned in line with programme delivery schedule.
  • Review/assess potential risks in planned works that could cause delay to project delivery.
  • Update internal trackers and schedules.
  • Input site data into internal and client systems where required.
  • Prepare job pack and upload as directed within agreed procedures.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval, invoicing.
  • File creation - electronic and hard copy.
  • Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs.
  • Liaise with staff, operatives & customer effectively and with respect.
  • Arranging site visits, liaison with all parties where required.
  • General Support Administration as requested by line manager.
  • Any other duties assigned to support the project team.

Job Description
  • Plan and coordinate on delivery
  • Liaise with all parties regarding planned work requirements
  • Ensure works are planned in line with programme delivery schedule
  • Review/assess potential risks in planned works that could cause delay to project delivery
  • Update internal trackers and schedules
  • Attending calls and meetings when required via Teams or face to face
  • Input site data into internal and client systems where required
  • Download information from client systems including drawings/surveys/data sheets
  • Prepare job pack and upload as directed within agreed procedures
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval, invoicing
  • File creation - electronic and hard copy
  • Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs
  • Liaise with staff, operatives & customer effectively and with respect
  • Arranging site visits, liaison with all parties where required
  • General Support Administration as requested by line manager
  • Any other duties assigned to support the project team
