Project Analyst

Evolution is an award winning, global consultancy that delivers real impact within the Digital Health sector and due to growth, we are looking for a Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to play a key part in delivering innovative projects that are transforming the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.

About the Role
  • As a Project Analyst, you will act as a Junior Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager on selected workstreams while providing analytical, planning and governance support across our portfolio of digital transformation projects.
  • You will keep projects on track, ensure quality standards are met and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • What makes this role so unique is that you will be the second hire into our Project Consultancy team and report directly to the Practice Director.
  • We will focus on winning projects that will enhance your career & personal development plus you will have the autonomy to make a significant contribution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on smaller workstreams or components of larger projects
  • Coordinate project activities, manage milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, reports and governance documentation
  • Gather and analyse project data (such as financials, timelines and resource forecasts)
  • Produce dashboards and reports
  • Consultancy experience - essential
  • Exposure to NHS, digital health or technology-enabled change - desirable
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and escalates when needed
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
