We are recruiting for two complementary roles: this Project Administrator position and a separate Office Manager / Operations Coordinator position. There is deliberate overlap between the roles, and we are open‑minded about how responsibilities will be divided based on the strengths of successful candidates. Both roles sit within our operations team, where cross‑skilling and shared responsibilities are expected. We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of engineering and fabrication projects. The immediate priority is a significant project running over the next six months, with a transition to supporting a broader range of project work beyond that.
This role is the administrative engine room of project delivery — maintaining document control, supporting project managers with cost tracking and scheduling, coordinating between multiple parties, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when engineers are focused on technical execution. You will be the office‑based link for field personnel, receiving information from site, preparing reports, and keeping project documentation flowing regardless of where the team is working.
The ideal candidate brings genuine project administration experience and can operate with minimal supervision. We need someone who understands the rhythm of project delivery and adds value from day one.
