Job summary

A leading project management firm in Theale is seeking a Project Administrator to support its Operations Project Delivery team. The successful candidate will coordinate strategic projects, manage data and reporting, while ensuring compliance across multiple workstreams. Strong administrative experience and excellent MS Office skills are essential. This is a hybrid role requiring two days a month in Theale.

Qualifications

  • Strong admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management support.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and producing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, reporting, and delivery across the estate.
  • Compile and assess data to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
  • Assist with supplier management and contract performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and promote safe working practices.
  • Contribute to compliance with ISO standards and health & safety culture.

Project Administrator - Operations

12 month FTC

Hybrid - Theale 2 days a month

We are looking for a Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Operations Project Delivery team. You'll help coordinate and deliver strategic projects, manage data and reporting, and ensure governance and compliance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, reporting, and delivery across the estate
  • Compile and assess data to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
  • Assist with supplier management and contract performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and promote safe working practices
  • Contribute to compliance with ISO standards and health & safety culture
The successful Project Administrator will have
