Programme Manager / Remediation Lead

Konexo Financial Services | Multiple Projects | Mostly Remote

Konexo Financial Services is growing its bench of experienced Programme Managers and Remediation Leads for multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re looking for senior delivery professionals who can shape, lead and execute complex regulatory projects in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of remediation, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes
  • Designing programme structures, delivery plans, governance and reporting frameworks
  • Overseeing case handling, quality, operations and workstream leads
  • Managing client stakeholders, SMEs and senior leadership engagement
  • Providing subject-matter oversight across motor finance, Consumer Duty and customer outcomes
  • Ensuring delivery against policy, regulatory expectations and quality standards
  • Driving risk management, decision-making and programme controls
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the wider programme
What we’re looking for :
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale remediation, complaints or regulatory conduct programmes
  • Strong programme and project leadership within financial services
  • Ability to build delivery frameworks, governance and programme controls
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in regulated environments – motor finance advantageous
  • Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams in remote or hybrid settings
Project details :
  • Multiple programmes mobilising
  • Mostly fully remote, with occasional on-site requirements depending on the client
  • All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)
