An innovative educational organization in Skegness is seeking a committed Programme Leader to enhance Automotive courses. You will deliver engaging lessons and support students in their practical learning, pivotal in helping them thrive in the automotive sector. We are looking for a committed and inspiring Programme Leader to deliver across our level 1 and 2 Automotive provision at Skegness TEC. You will work closely alongside the existing team delivering engaging theory and practical lessons to students on Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair courses. As a programme leader you will play a key role in shaping learners' futures by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the automotive sector.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements. Support students through practical workshops and classroom-based learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent). Recent industry experience in the motor vehicle sector. Strong communication and organisational skills. A passion for teaching and mentoring young people. With our new campus opening in September 2025, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.
