NEW PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER BASED IN ANDOVER.

Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBAs for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.

They are looking for a skilled Production Team Manager to lead and inspire one of their high performing manufacturing teams in this hands on role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient high-quality production while driving team engagement, performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a production team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Set clear objectives, manage workloads and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Monitor production schedules, performance and output quality, taking proactive action to resolve issues and maintain standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through on-the-job training and performance feedback.
  • Track production performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a production, manufacturing or team leadership role (electronics experience desirable).
